After being asked to review Venatu’s job board spend, we identified multiple opportunities to reduce rates and improve recruitment advertising effectivness.

Venatu is one of the biggest staffing agencies in the North of England, with a job board credit spend to match. We were tasked with optimising this spend, allowing Venatu.

A combination of knowledge and relationships

Using our excellent relationships with the job boards, and our preferred partner status, we negotiated preferential rates for Venatu. We also identified roles, campaigns and spend areas that weren’t performing as they should, before actioning changes to get that spend in the right place.

The result? An increase in overall applications, a spend that delivered above the expeted ROI and new hires that otherwise wouldn’t have been made without help from Artfully.
